Sale
The sale of a product you wish to order through the web site will take effect when you have completed the order process and have made the payment of the sale price. This price is listed next to the product on the website at the time your order is completed. Federal and provincial sales taxes and transport will be in addition to the sales price. Product payment is by using PayPal secure payment system.

If the product ordered is not available at the time of shipping, Securitrim 2002 inc. will notify you by phone or by e-mail. You will then have the choice to replace the product with another that is available or to cancel the sale, in which case Securitrim 2002 inc. will refund in full the price paid.

Shipping and delivery
Products
We'll deliver the ordered products to the address provided when ordering, through an independent courier (Dicom, Purolator , UPS etc. ). Securitrim 2002 inc. shall not be liable for any default in delivery, any injury or damage, direct or indirect, that you may suffer. No delivery will be made to a post office box.

Shipping costs are indicated for each order. Deadlines are 2 to 10 business days, depending on the region when the delivery is made within Canada . For delivery to the USA please contact us directly at 1.888.666.4961. When you place an order, a confirmation email from Securitrim 2002 inc. will be sent to the e-mail address provided at time of purchase, within 24 hours. To receive this email, you must have paid your purchase via paypal and have received a confirmation from them. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at INFO@SECURITRIM.COM. Items are shipped subject to availability, as stock is not guaranteed when ordering. Processing of orders placed during statutory holidays may incur a slight delay.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the product description, price and billing details and, if necessary, correcting any error or inaccuracy. If this is impossible for you to do, you must promptly notify Securitrim 2002 inc. by e-mail to INFO@SECURITRIM.COM.

Shipping

Return policy and order cancellation
No exchange, return or refund, will be accepted for a product that has been used partially or cut. In the case that Securitrim 2002 inc. authorizes the return of a product, a restocking fee will be applied and the shipping cost for the return will be assumed by the customer.
